I spent over an hour with Jill Borba and felt completely listened to, understood, and hopeful. “I went to Naturopathic Famiy Health and Jill Borba to help with my diet. I was having increasing asthma symptoms that I thought might be related to diet. Jill put me on a very balanced diet that included more vegetables and much less sugar, dairy and grains. This diet was not hard to get used to because you were always full. My only challenge was eating lots of vegetables for breakfast. That took a little getting used to.
The results have been spectacular. After being on the new diet for only a few weeks,
my asthma symptoms literally disappeared! I have been on the diet now for 4 months and its become part of my life. I was hoping for improvement, but this was beyond my expectations.
