A little about me…


I believe you can make a healthy change, and it doesn’t have to be stressful, scary or restrictive. I’m here to guide, support and empower you to live that healthy life you’re dreaming of.

I offer evidence-based strategies for long term changes, not instant fixes that don’t last. By starting where you’re at, and taking small steps in the right direction, you will attain long lasting, achievable goals.

I work with individuals.. Each person has unique needs, both physically, emotionally and practically. We work together to discover and develop YOUR best diet.

My Nutritional Philosophy

I believe in focusing on eating high-quality, whole foods, a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, legumes, meats, fish, eggs, whole grains, and healthy fats and oils. I recommend choosing organic, local, unprocessed foods as often as you can; aiming for grass-fed meats, free-range poultry, pasture-raised eggs, wild caught fish and full fat organic dairy.
